Work place conflicts can impact employee efficiency and office moral significantly. It is best for the employer and the employee to resolve work place conflict as soon as possible. What is said or done at mediation is confidential (subject to limited exceptions) and this is so participants feel free, comfortable and safe to discuss their issues openly at mediation. If an agreement is reached at mediation and all participants sign and date the agreement, at that point the written agreement is no longer required to be kept confidential (all verbal comments made at mediation must still be kept confidential even if an agreement is signed and dated)
