Full day of mediation (up to 7 hours): $2,500 ($1,250 each), this includes the cost of your intake session. The cost of the issue of a section 60I certificate is an additional $150. If mediation goes overtime, an hourly fee of $100 will be applicable.

Half day of mediation (up to 4 hours): $1,800 ($900 each), this includes the cost of intake. The cost of the issue of a section 60I certificate is an additional $150. If mediation goes overtime, an hourly fee of $250 will be applicable.

We Offer Mediation on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

 If you decide to proceed with child-inclusive mediation, I will provide you with a fee estimate for a Child Consultant and you can engage their service directly.

If applicable the parties pay for room/venue hire. Parties share the cost of room hire equally unless otherwise agreed, this cost is separate and additional to the mediator's above states fee. Mediation conducted via Zoom is free.

Parenting Plan (without mediation) - if an Agreement is already reached

​

If you have organized parenting arrangements with your ex-partner amicably and would like a Parenting Plan to document your arrangements/agreement (without going to mediation or Court), we can prepare a Parenting Plan to reflect your agreement. You tell us your agreed parenting arrangement and we prepare the Parenting Plan for $750 ($375 each). You will both be required to attend a separate intake session with the mediator as part of this process, to facilitate a risk assessment. This option does not include a section 60I certificate.

WORKPLACE & SCHOOL DISPUTES

This option includes two participants, a pre-mediation intake conference with each participant and review of relevant documents prior to mediation. For additional participants a fee of $330 per additional participant will apply.

ESTATE DISPUTES

$2,500 for a full day (7 hours or less). This service includes two parties in addition to review and consideration of filed Court material and any document or information a party considers relevant to the dispute. There is an additional cost of $330 for each additional party.
